Why Treat Dry Eye?

Dry eye is an often-overlooked condition, but for people who have it, it can have serious short-term and
long-term effects. Short-term symptoms include the following.

Persistent eye irritation

Blurred vision

Recurring eye fatigue

Foreign body sensation, stinging, dryness, blurred vision, eye discharge, burning

Dim vision, itching, glare, sudden excessive tearing, redness

Difficulty wearing contact lenses

Dry Eye Speclal Therapy Center

If these mildly uncomfortable, bothersome short-term problems are not managed well,
they can lead to permanent vision impairment in the long term.
This can affect your daily life and place limits on your lifestyle.
Simple everyday activities such as working, driving, and reading often become difficult.

In other words, your quality of life declines.

That is why early diagnosis and treatment of dry eye are essential.
Once symptoms progress, they often require ongoing management rather than a complete cure.
However, years of research and technology have brought significant improvements,
and most importantly, this can make a big difference in quality of life.
